Shipping policy

After your order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive your confirmation email within 24 hours, please get in touch with us at ecommerce.ca@jcosmeusa.com.

Order Processing

Online orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT, excluding major holidays.

·      Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation.

·      Please allow 3-5* business days to fulfill your order. 

·      Once your order is fulfilled and ready to ship, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details. Depending on the shipping method chosen and your location, orders will be delivered in 5-14 business days. 

·      Orders ship from our warehouse in Unit 135, 3231 No 6 Road. Richmond, Vancouver, Canada V6V 0C2.

*Volume increases associated with promotions or major holidays may cause delays in processing times and delivery windows to be extended.

Payment Authorization

All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

When you receive your confirmation, you can “view your order.” From here, orders can be tracked using the Shop app or logged in, and CANMAKECANADA can track within their account.

Shipping & Delivery

Order processing occurs Monday through Friday during business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Following are standard

Shipping Policy Reminder:

Orders placed after 12 PM PT (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day for Priority or Express shipping. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes — please provide a physical address. Deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.

Hazardous Materials Shipping Restriction

Selected fragrances are considered Hazardous Material (HAZMAT). Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses. All orders containing hazardous materials must be shipped via standard ground shipping and cannot be shipped via priority or express delivery.

Orders containing Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped to remote locations, P.O. Boxes, or addresses that require air delivery. At this time, HAZMAT items can only be shipped to eligible addresses within Canadian provinces via ground service.

Damages & Missing Items

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier or an item needs to be replaced order. Please notify us immediately by providing images of your order (in pdf, jpeg, jpg, or png format) with the packing slip and the items you received. Damaged and missing items will be replaced.

Cancellations

Regretfully, we cannot modify or cancel your order once your confirmation has been sent. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. To receive a full refund, simply visit the return center, please click here, filling out the return form.

Returns & Exchanges

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Securely pack the items for return and include the original packing slip with your RMA number noted. Jcosme International (Canada) Ltd. is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit.

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Processing time is usually 30 business days from the time the return is received. An email will confirm receipt and processing of your return.

If the carrier damaged your package during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at ecommerce.ca@jcosmeusa.com so we can replace the damaged items.

Not a problem ! We can cancel your order up to one (1) hour after purchase and
